I think they are going to keep it light. Really only the Uke has mental issues, I think the Seme is actually kind of helping him with stuff. I think the Seme knows that the Uke has some problems and knows that spanking him and rough sex is enough to get stuff off of the Uke's mind. The Seme doesn't know that he slick wants to help him, but does it without kind of knowing.
I know this is psychological (and the author is capable of making things pretty damn dark) but still I hope the author keeps this one more on the light side
