Well it's not just Shin, it was mentioned somewhere in the beginning that Alphas in general get to do whatever they want with slim to no consequences even more so in their rut or when it concerns their omega. That's why that asshole felt safe enough to come to the restaurant and spread his pheromones bc he can blame it on his rut and dip
I know it's only fiction but a world that revolve around alpha is so ridiculous and the prospect of the whole story is (SPOILER!!!) shin being able to do all the crap without consequences just because he's protecting his omega?? Its like shin the god of all alpha so no law could touch him if it's revolve around his omega. Kinda silly. Still love it tho HAHAHAH it's fiction for a reason
