I looked back at the list. The festival thing was thought to be #3 but instead #3 was the bar thing with the heavy and expensive equipment that nearly fell on Izumi.

#1 when ikumi/izumi fallen to the train track.
#2 got shot in loan shark office.
#3 when wakagi take izumi to the bar and the things almost fall.
#4 izumi got car accident.
#5 izumi fallen to the sea.
