I feel like the mother killed the knight and his family as a statement against anyone els who would neglect or harm her family. As a woman head of the house in a world with Nobility, many would look at her as an easy target if she did not.
The family already has the Emoeror after them, the last thing they need is other Nobels questioning their capabilities.
I love him and the FL. I want them to be happy. I also really like the physician and the maid that works for the ML mother.
His mother… I don’t know how to feel about her tbh. I liked her initially, but after finding out she killed the family of the man that killed her daughter (the family who did nothing wrong), I felt a little iffy. I appreciate how she treats the FL with nothing but kindness, even going as far as to trim her toenails, but she went too far by killing people who did nothing wrong. I fully understand how heart wrenching losing a loved one is, but she should’ve just killed the knight, spared his family and spared even the man who lent the knight the horse.
FUCK THE KING THO!!! I hope the rebellion plot that the ML father was talking about in earlier chapters comes into fruition. And fuck that old man that’s next to the king that called FL a monkey, can’t wait for them to die. I also really really hate the maids and I want them dead. I also don’t like the ML father, nor the family that the ML was supposed to get engaged to. I don’t like a lot of people in this story, I just want FL to not suffer anymore, be happy and spend the rest of her life in peace with the ML
