its the kind of casual irony that exists even irl... like how most doctors/med students r smokers and most judicial systems serve justice so little that its negligible..
I'm a pharmacist and there's definitely a lot of extremely reckless people in the medical field you won't even believe (let's assume he just knows how to keep himself safe though!)
