so basically the 30% were for Jeong"s brother, (which equals to 300,000 shares) but since he is kinda stupid he let the Jeong manage the money for him. In more or less the end, Jeong used the money and split it in 3 to his advantage, sold 10% to one of the guys (Jaeyeon woo) in exchange to having a non-executive director position, and 10% to his boss (Seo) and kept 10% to himself. Tho at the veeeery end Jeong did give his last 10% to Seo so they would 'swap' (hehehe the name of the manhwa)
