Nevermind, I found it. It's Straight Outta. Sorry, my memory was blurry, so I thought it was a black and white manga. I never thought it was a manhwa, though.

I think the drama is called The Girl And The Boy Coming Out Of Manga, also known as "Pop Out Boy!"
A black and white manga. The story is set in high school, I think? So, it's about a girl who read this certain manga and suddenly the guy, a fictional character from the manga, got transported into the real world, in her room.
I think the manga she was reading was a shoujo manga, and the guy was actually the ML of that manga.
