It is safe to assume Cedric was upset at that scene, though I believe for a different reason.
that scene was pure sadness as it could also be seen as solid evidence of Theo's regressing mental health.

Was the father alluding to wanting to touch Theo sexually? Also at the end there did Theo talking to his moms ghost upset Cedric? Wants him all to himself type beat. Idk this was interesting. Fucked…but interesting
