Yeah.. Acc. to some spoilers cause I stopped reading the novel. She will talk it out maybe cause freya had some history with ML's family. But it is enough punishment that she will lose her love one (MC's not deranged brother - the other one) he will almost appear in the future

He gets poisoned by the queen(because cesare threatened her to kill her daughter) and unfortunately dies and freya sees that he spits out much blood
I read some spoiler that this Freya didn't really get any comeuppance from all the things she did. Is it true? Like she just had some conversation with Ruby and Freya and that's it? Please tell me it isn't. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
