help me find this manga

Basically, this kid died, and the mom of the kid thinks that the kid has been reincarnated into a different world, so she finds an old classmate that was once a nerd to help her find her kid who is now in another world.
Even though the kid isn't actually in a next world, she just hasn't accepted the fact that her kid died.
