Misuzu definitely still wants to hit and torment him for that :)

I think if it wasn't for Tomo, Misuzu wouldn't have any friends at all. Maybe I am wrong, but maybe Tomo is some sort of "relief" to Misuzu. She knows her bad side, she knows who she is and still stays with her, still thinks of her as a friend, if not a sister.
Maybe Tomo gave Misuzu more things than the eyes can see, and if she goes to Jun, she is afraid she might lose them..
