As far as I can remember, it was about a girl who was fat and hated herself falling from a building and hitting her head, after regaining consciousness, she thought she was really beautiful and started loving herself and just made an overall positive environment with everyone, and people started to like her aswell. I remember her becoming friends with this another lady from the office who used to hate her, and the supposed ml of the story seemed to be involved in her fall. There was also a police/detective character that was investigating some related case (and was really hot) who probably had a thing for her too
