I am an absolute fan of CCS and yeah these relationships are hard to ignore. since most are completely underage. and don't forget the same mizuki who was dating the young touya is also in a relationship with a 14 year old Eriol. confirmed by the author. if you read the sequel you can clearly see them both holding hands.
I think the only acceptable relationship in the series would Sakura x Syaoran, Chiharu x Yamazaki and Touya x Yukito for me.
ok hate me but ive only watched the anime not the manga but the amount of times i saw teacher x students like..TOUYA N MIZUKI? it had me SHOCKED and including the little grade 4/5 girl who was classmates with sakura having a crush on her teacher WAS INSANE and some people might disagree iof what im gonna say but…i disliked whenever theh mentioned sakuras mom and dads love story like it had me staring into my pillow while hearing the anime playinbg it irritates smmm…but the weird thing is im kinda fine with sakura and li kuns crush on yuki because its definitely a phase for most kids like i had i crush on a highschool senior when i was in elementary
