I don't think it's gonna go down to that cuz I noticed that the author focuses solely on the plot she has on the table. it doesn't really look like she'll do that corny reincarnation after a writing a whole lot just to end up respawning a character somewhere in the world
boy if this gets "he went into coma only to wake up after ages" kind of plot or "he died and reincarnated" shit i willbe fucking pissed. he better be alright and be all good with his wifue they bothsuffered alotttt already smh
