I still haven't read the manhua nor the novel but I need to prepare myself before I do. Do you mean like every single secondary character, even the important ones, or only random characters he meets along the way?

Well, the main important characters are the two. Lu Feng and An Zhe for me. But of course the extra characters are important as well because they helped An Zhe and gave him important information to survive
