yes she is the white mage but she only borrowed it remember?
she's not a special human born with powers
she is just a human who searched and borrowed some magic for her plans.
every special things that she did is connected to her revenge, but this assassination attempt isn't foreseen nor connected to the plan so she needs to face it using her normal human brain and human body without distrupting her plan.
Don't forget that her powers are healing and purifying, can be used as magic but it has side effects.
