definitely korean. bottom has pink hair i think and top is either a gangster or some rich chaebol. bottom and his sister are orphans they met in the orphanage and became siblings??? bottom's sister runs away with the to-be-husband of top's sister?? maybe. and so top finds bottom to track his sister or whatever. i only remember these bits of it but it's quite popular
