Hot take but I think MC, Mystia Aren, being oblivious to everything around her makes sense and actually makes a nice storytelling device.
Its been established that Mystia in her past life has bad social skills (bad enough that even she actually refused to play Kyun-Love because of it.) and died when she was just 16. And then after that, she was born into the Aren household where once again, she is considered weird and unsociable and so she doesn't get along with girls her age, which she doesn't mind but that means all she has as reference for normalcy and social skills are her crazy obsessed attendants and her doting parents. And her not being sociable (at least she thinks so) has affected her self perception and has given her low self esteem, its subtle but she thinks of herself negatively and as someone who's off putting and this is something thats INGRAINED in her, from her past life, to being reborn as Mystia Aren, know arrogant brat, and her early life experience as Mystia Aren.
She doesn't think she's likeable, coupled with the fact she still thinks the game's destiny is still rolling, and you've got a girl that wouldn't even think of someone loving her romantically. Lets also remember that no one in the main ensemble has outright professed their love to her, she still thinks that they're all friends and to be fair they've acted as such in front of her.
She's excused Eric's possessiveness as just him being threatened that their friendship will get stolen, which makes sense because she's the first friend he's made thats genuine. While she's excused Raid's actions as him being possessive as a man with his fiancée, which one would normally interpret as romantic, but again, she doesn't think his romantic cupid's arrow would ever point to her (game thingy and because she doesn't think of herself as someone likeable) so she just thinks he's like that because they're fiancé's not because he likes her romantically. As with the other ensemble, all they've really done is be nice to her. Their actions in front of her can easily be excused as friendly and their dialogue's with her are vague enough that it tiptoes being friendly or subtle flirting and guess what she thinks of them and herself?
And for my second point her obliviousness as a story telling device, I think its a really good contrast to the outlandish and crazy ensemble. Her being oblivious to the crazy happenings and thoughts of the people around her shrouds them in mystery and unpredictability and as we can see, if we dont get the pages revealing their inner thoughts and them interacting without Mystia, we too would be oblivious, not to their romantic feelings, but to how deep and obsessive and crazy their love for her is. We would've been in the dark about so many events if the story just followed Mystia's perspective, which is how the story surprises us and keeps the story interesting and keeps us on our toes. Until now so much is hidden in the dark and we've only been given hints at it. Melo's identity, the story about the church scandal, the churches branding, her shoes being off when Claus confronted her about Helen, Helen's transfer, how Claus is so informed, Helen's story, and probably more that I missed. This story is honestly so so so good and it sucks that you guys only think of Mystia as a nice MC to the point yall don't even bother to remember her name. Also, another counterpoint to her being boring, she's also quite not right in the head either (its just overshadowed by other people's crazy). Her obsession with Melo is deep too, to the point its one her top reasons why she doesn't want to get condemned, she thinks of Melo as a precious angel and though she thinks of Melo as a precious friend, she said that if she were a guy she would've married Melo which should give you guys more insight on how messed up Mystia's view of friendship is lolz.
