Well, some of it at least really happens. Like the bullying part, the karma that hit the MC because how trash he was in middle school.
It's pretty obvious that the story was not meant to be taken seriously. If it's not your cup of tea, then leave. Your critics about how trash the plot was not necessary because the story was intended this way
