ok idk if it’s just me but the male lead is just NOT MALE LEADING????? like idk i can deal with (and even like) some trashy male leads but this guy just ain’t it! idk if it’s because i don’t like his design or what idk, every character except the FL just feels sooo flat to me. like none of their motivations or thoughts make sense half the time
i also feel like we haven’t even seen any of these characters enough to really feel a connection to them… like the duke???? suddenly loves the FL enough to ruin his life and die like whattttt???
the story is fine like it’s okay but i don’t love it. the priest is crazy so that plot line is pretty interesting but everything else is just ok wish the romance was better
