do you know how dating works? well...ppl start off as strangers then slowly tell each other stuff, like what their into, then they get more comfortable when talking and start flirting, soon after they tell each other more and more about each other meaning yes ofc the like each other bc I don't ever remember telling someone I disliked my PERSONAL life until I know them well. Do you tell strangers you meet your business before you both come to the conclusion you wanna be together? I mean there's stages and relationships are complex and not all relationships start the same and not all revolve around knowing said person first, this is how you get to know others its called COMMUNICATION. (which seems VERY difficult for most human i guess give it a try you might snag urself a lover, practice makes perfect.)
I guess if we're talking about irl it's possible but I was hoping for a little more interaction between them before each time the uke pushes him away. A bit like, oh the seme found out uke like x, y and z, how endearing. So while they're are not close, at least there's a basis besides fate and the rape encounter.
