They’re the same so far. I see no difference other than the translations are the official ones.
Only differrences are there are more panels when they make out and the hickeys
But so far there are no major differences except the last 2 chapters doing the tango in bed.......

Whenever they kiss pretty much there’s a panel missing. I’d reread it if you have time! And it’s not a waste to reread either cuz the story and artwork is so passionate and good!!!
But the end of season 2 has the most parts censored if you know what I mean lol
