Haha idk about the rest of coffee-lovers, because for people like us that have tolerance for bitter food/drinks, we can taste other flavours inside coffee aside from just bitter, some carries nutty chocolatey aftertaste, while some has a berry fragrance. It's like drinking tea and discovering its unique fragrance instead of just feeling like am drinking brown water ( ̄∇ ̄")

As Azella said, perhaps green tea or chinese tea may suit you, as these two can be brewed strongly without tasting overbearing. Ceylon or other western tea blends has a milder taste and not easy to brew out a good fragrance+taste, unless we obtained a high quality one ヾ(☆▽☆)
Green tea is always recommended for beginneers too, plus the health benefits are awesome
Koreans (actually people in general) and their obsession with coffee ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
