Looking for BL

Royal Fantasy setting where the MC and ML were childhood friends. ML was the heir of the royal family and he's betrothed to the neighboring country's princess. ML confessed to MC as kids and he promised that he will choose him and break up the arrangement with the princess. MC said for ML to stop being ridiculous and that he's only a servant's son and nothing more. MC had a sickness as a kid and died. After like 15 years, he was reborn in an adult body and he went to ML's kingdom and saw that the prince eventually did marry the princess, and they were now king and queens with a son and a daughter.

ML discovered that MC was reborn because MC made a wreath crown to the little prince and princess (ML's kids) with specific patterns that only the MC knew and used to make for the prince (now king) as kids. There's also a second ML which was a war general of another country where the MC was reborn.
