Think of it like how a dominant alpha becomes almost toxic in his influence. The dominant omega's pheromones dominate alphas in their own way.
That's fair I guess. But my opinion still find it a bit baffling that she chose (or raised) to be evil when she can use that very power to turn the imperialists into something better
