It’s common to be expelled for cheating. And he almost cause me harm to this kids by cheat with a teacher at that.

To be fair that seems to be like a very elite school and there's probably other academies for rich kids. It's like if he got kicked off the high achievers class but can still go to the regular classes
Woolye or whatever, is a dick, but expelling him seems a little excessive. He does deserve punishment, but expelling...not yet.
But then again, in my entirely school life only 1 person has been expelled, and that was only because he was very very VERY tardy
