He could be in the process of miscarriage, the doc is probably going to give him meds to try can prevent it but the doc thinks it's unlikely of survival because he took the pills...from my understanding of it
i just think this was a mistranslation. bc for him to be in the process of a miscarriage or had a miscarriage, he doesn't seem to have much of a reaction. & taeju just feels guilty by how he got pregnant.
taeju feels all the guilt now bc he hurt euihyun so much and i think he feels that euihyun doesn't love him it was bc euihyun was pregnant and needed his pheromones. taeju is wanting to let euihyun go to repent for all that he's done but euihyun really loves him and i guess now it's the self sacrificial era my baby euiyoung crying noooo
