Exactly my thoughts. So so painful for both parties because Uke may start to believe that as well. That there’s no way he would be dependent on someone so It had to be the baby. And I think they’re going to separate for awhile, both be miserable asf, then baby brother is gonna mention something about missing the seme and boom, together again because uke realizes he does indeed love him lol
He said he couldn't forgive himself.
While showing every painful scene the uke went through, because of him. And I guess the miscarriage was just the final straw. Where he just thinks that the uke would be happier without him in his life.
This is just guessing but I also think that he believes the uke doesn't love him. That it was just a side-effect from the pregnancy making the omega look for their alpha for comfort and pheromones.
