there is clearly a reason tho?? everyone is forgetting that in this life he has the mentality of an 18 year old. he was continuously murdering her because he thought she was making him return to the past to punish him in a way, and when he sees her dying to protect him and returning to the past for the 7th time, he finally understands that he regresses every time she dies. and even then, regardless of the reason, he never murdered her for no reason. it’s clearly stated that he wanted to take revenge on the family. yes it’s cruel, but it is definitely *a* reason….
This isn't enemies to lovers animosity must be two sided and they both must hate each other but they cannot bring themselves to harm each other. This bozo is simply murdering her for no reason
