It's like an ambush and he just blurted out something. So it's reasonable. But the fact that he easily admit all the reason why he says that is commendable. Although the MC is hurt because of that it's like the tipping point.

I think he said that out because he is panic about ruining susume reputation and image and maybe he's scare that if someout find out about them it will make susume stop hanging out with him. That's what i thought cuz keishi really like susume so he scare to make a single mistake and ruined it all after he finally found someone he like and is also gay like him.
That scene was rough. I said something boneheaded and unnecessarily cruel like Keishi out of panic once. In my defense, I was not a 29 year old adult like the guy in the comic. I was in high school, and also I am ace, so I literally didn't have any interest in anyone and didn't know what to do to make people stop making weird assumptions about me (￣∇￣")
but keishi is so mean. if someone i interested said that it would hurt so much. And like i do that cause blah blah. suzume-san was very understanding and tried to make up too. if that was me, i probably couldn't do it cause i would be crying my eyes out at home. i'm glad they made up. but why saying it like that ╥﹏╥
