Okay this is how I comprehended the spoilers I've read so it's confusing asf

Basically this isn't isekai, but rather a reincarnation thing. There's also like 3 time lines.
1 time line being literally the book the MC read, it's the actual original timeline of this story.
2 timeline mc gets reincarnated but he thinks his real world is the "original world" he came from but it's actually a defense mechanism bec he was so traumatised from 1st time line that he made up a fake world where omegaverse didn't exist + him and iheon were bffs only.
3 time line this is more like timeline 2??? Iheon aka the seme gets idk reincarnated to the mc's fake world and lived there then now he's back in timeline 2.

I'm just confused too
