Most cases beta is just a average person so only girls can get pregnant and boy beta cannot impregnate a omega
Depends on the manga.. There are mangas where any of ABO characters can get pregnant regardless of male or female.. But here beta males most probably can’t conceive..
random question but can betas get pregnant? if so, is it girls and boy betas or just girls? if they can’t get pregnant can they still get others pregnant??
