All this back and forth is frustrating but in a good way. The tension is not too annoying because it makes sense given the characters' back stories. I think the author is doing a really good job in redeeming a shitty character. It's not just breaking up and making up. You can feel how depressed and remorseful Taejoo is and how he has grown (and still growing) through this experience, learning how to care for others and becoming more self-aware. It helps that euihyun is not a weak character either, who won't take bs from anyone and is proactive. Euihyun's growth can can be clearly seen as well as he learns to trust and depend on others. I just really appreciate how this is all playing out. Very good storytelling imo.
