one thing to mention about malaki is that he has an agreement w the head slave trader since most of the orphaned kids need to move out of the temple at a certain age, they either die or become slaves.. malaki bargains w the slave traders to ensure that the place the kids from the temple goes to is somewhere on a nicer end of prostitution or whatnot and malaki sleeps w the head slave trader to ensure that the kids being sold won't feel uncomfortable but pleasure... it's fucked up but malaki is without much resources to help everyone which is why he does what he do.
