can you guys help me find a Manhwa

It’s about a girl (fl w short to long ish brown hair) who was poor and had no money but had to support her younger brother and sister. In one of the chapters she was found laying on the ground perhaps bleeding in front of the knights begging for a job

So she works w the DUKE OR KNIGHT HEAD (younger one with black hair) who is very strong and has an older brother who is married and is PROBABLY DUKE idk that part.
Also she has a secret crush on the duke, and the duke had proposed to her too, altho it was a contract.

Moreover it was more like an office romcom than historical. Like she worked in the office and was promoted.
