Yup, that transmigrator is too immersed in her character. It does not even make sense. Immersed to the point of forgetting that she ain't actually part of this world to begin with and that she possesses greater knowledge of the events surrounding her... I am confused when she is dumbfounded before events she should already know the cause/consequences/culprit... but decides... out of... naivety to undertake the less desirable course of actions because "the show must go on".

I think it may be more of a fact that in the novel Azela was the main character, so probably the brainwashing etc. wasn’t actually proved. So she doesn’t know. You know, one of those plots where protagonist is actually a villain and vice versa. But I totally agree with her being too immersed in her character, like that’s just a plot and possible future, it didn’t actually happen

OK OK I was thinking about this too but wasn't she actually reincarnated into this life? That means even if she has her past memories she's still also a small child? That's the only way that her acting like a baby all the time makes sense to me. Like getting scared of the camera flash and bawling up into a circle as if she's not from the modern erra? It's giving all I have is vague memories of the past. Also I do remember her being so attached to the character because she related to her. Maybe she's acting so dramatically in solidarity lol idk it's a lot
I do feel bad for the emperor coz all of this sucks. Wish him in his past life would have been a bit more compassionate but I can also imagine Shuel wasn't the first person to appear at his door claiming to be his child. But you know permanently imprisoning someone in time and space is never a freaking good idea jfc. I hope shuel will be able to forgive him and move past it but I don't think they need to be a family. I hope she gets to meet her brother tho
