I thik it was both... the always had it like this so Doosik kinda lost the care he should have with someone who doesn't remenber the experiences
At the end Joiha though he was peeing and was scared and ashamed, Doosik didn't consider that so the scene got rapey af
Before the side stories, while Jooha was describing moments with him while still having memory loss, he literally talks about how good the sex was and how deeply in love he was so I genuinely don't think this was traumatizing or rapey to him, I think he was tired and embarrassed but he enjoyed it
