Some of these comments are scary (っ°Д °;)っ like, gurl, calm down it's just a fictional story.

Problem is, we aren't provided with Tenma's perspective [yet?], and we have no facts. What you said are all assumptions; who knows, maybe he's just an asshole plagued by jealousy. So for now, I think the hate against him is justified. The mangaka probably wrote out Tenma's actions knowing fans will be storming with pitchforks too. If your assumptions prove to be true however, then I agree the death threats are unwarranted, but it still doesn't excuse what he did to the other Omegas. It's like pulling the "mentally ill" card.

The problem is that all of this people will stab him in the eyes if they could and... they don't even know anything about him. That's not healthy at all. I don't understand how everyone have to be so psycho about this kind of characters. And those aren't assumptions, that's something that the mangaka had stated with the situation, even if it's not tacit.
Why don't wait to hate hm if it turns to really be a douchebag? Or maybe don't hate him at all and just chill out? I mean.. it's just a manga.

Yeah, that could be unhealthy, or it could just be being swept up in the heat of the moment. The majority of comments just refer to Tenma as a "bitch" with no threats, though.
But those are assumptions! The mangaka depicts Tenma with crazed eyes and muttering about his father. So yes, he probably is under pressure. But being emotionally abused? Treated as a tool? We don't know that. What if his siblings are alphas and so he feels the need to get his father's approval, thus becoming so frantic in wanting to be the bride? All these are assumptions. We don't have enough information to fully sympathize with Tenma yet.
And everyone reacts differently to things. I, like many others, do not like Tenma for bullying Itsuki. But, his actions did not affect me as it may have affected others, who may be more sensitive or righteous. Asking people to not hate at all is unreasonable; it's a natural reaction.
And LOL, how'd you know the scary fans are all females? I actually thought you were a girl too.

Probably this little dude had a lot of pression in his family, maybe emotionally abused by his parents, raised as a tool with no other purpose. That injection... He couldn't get it himself, someone give it to him and it was probably his family.
I don't condemn his acts but I don't have the urge to call him a bitch. He's kind of pityful
