Novel is much more graphic compared to the manwha. Edith was taken to the basement of the mansion instead of being taken out to a smaller cabin. Sophia gets much more violent towards Edith in the novel. Like a lot of whipping, blood, bruises all over and Edith’s face is really just a mess like no one will be able to recognize it was her. Oh, her nails were chipped too. But i can’t remember if that was after she got away or during the torture, but im pretty sure it was the torture scene

Edith talked to them before the maid started to hit her. She gives him the necklace, and that's one of the ways they prove that Edith was in the basement cause the guy felt bad and went back to check what happened to her and met Killian. She is seriously injured, and for a while, before they find the place, not just one slap, and hey, they are here already. She wasn't recognizable for a while after escaping, to the point that the soldiers who found her weren't sure it was her, and they couldn't grab her arms cause they were hurt that bad. Based on the ending, it seems like they already found the mansion.

Also, if i am not mistaken the mercenaries (there were 2 in the novel) wanted to r*pe her at the beginning but stopped without doing anything after Edith told them sthg ( i dont remember what exactly sorry ..).
The mercenaries also learnt through Edith that Sophia abused her while being a nobody maid but gave orders to the mercenaries as if she was their superior/noble and they got pissed. atp, they got pity for Edith and they loosen the cord so that she could escape from the b*itch maid
Not that relevant into the story but some changes that was in addition to what the others sent
I don't like the changes that they are making from the novel
