The fact that there was literally a chapter showing that even before the shitty ex, her younger days with her family was an abusive environment too. poor girl hasnt even gotten a chance to understand what is actual love and care and they expect her to suddenly be all brave and do a 180 as if she hasnt been conditioned to accept that this is normal for her
“The fmc is so stupid and pathetic, why won’t she leave him” you guys need to realize and understand she’s been with this guy for 13 years!!!! It’s not easy especially when she’s been struggling mentally and physically.
