Irl it can happen to when they say stop but dont mean it. It can be in the moment orr theres CNC
As long as your partner knows when to stop, i think it's fine. But with fictional characters, it can sound like SA.
I hate when authors put the whole "stop- no- dont-" thing in when they dont really mean it cuz it just feels icky
