I understand their emotions and feelings but these decisions they r making is middle school petty stuff.
They r adults and communication would probably fix their issues, JJ alr gave up but never made it super clear to Leo. Leo took JJ for granted and never thought of his partner's feelings.
A talk would fix this mess and they would either split for good or decide if they want to try again....
