We could've imperfect characters having a character development trying to improve themselves and their relationship but it's easier to just add these scenes like the 80% of BL manhwa autors. Don't get me wrong I don't think every BL should be a masterpiece with nice deep characters and good plot, at the end of the day authors make stories mostly for themselves and that's valid and respectable, but as a reader idk it ends up boring me, why waste so much potential. Anyway. Guess Hate Mate stays being my fav BL with the topic of imperfect MC done in a great way.
