I feel this is more of a slow burn and romance isn't the main focus but it's there and it's pretty good, and i think this is only the beginning bc MC and ML both need to work on how they communicate, their own feelings, before jumping into the actual relationship.
i'm cryiiiing for the mc. everytime he had to take his medicines i feel like my stomach is being punched argh it huuuurts. anyway, i know this is tagged as shounen ai but there's just no chemistry between them two, maybe bc it's just too early for them yet but yeah, we'll waiiiit.
