Well, I kind of understand him in some sense. Maybe because I was just like him that I understand his personality and view in things. I dont know about the spoilers but what I do know is that he craves for attention and familial love. He wants someone who needs him especially if its his family. People tend to be blind around them, they wouldnt notice there are people around them who need them or even love them. Even when he knew Asta never cared or loved him, he still cling to that hope, even if it was just an illusion, he hoped that one day Asta would see him as her family. But ofc hopefully the female lead's words reached him...I hope her words help him see the people around him, I hope he could see that the world is big and wide and not a small world where only he and Asta fit. Ofc I do not mind him, loving Asta as a family but I just hope he could see the truth and not the delusion or lies he made to protect himself.
