
Lol I have experienced that and it is awkward. Even tho I was the victim. Like I didn't feel intimidated at all. All I feel was awkwardness. Haha

Maybe their breath is the intimidating factor

Not all Asian cultures are sensitive about personal space (e. g. when I was in China, I didn't know where to hide, it felt as if Chinese have no personal space whatsoever and they didn't seem to be bothered about it in the slightest).
Why in manga/manhwa, people shove their faces near the people they try to intimidate? It's like, it'll be awkward in real life. If I were to try that I'll be too bothered asking myself "is my breath fresh enough?" to even try to look intimidating.
