Unfortunately not. I don't think there was a plan to adapt it, although it would be great to happen, the story deserves it.
I just told a couple of people 2 days ago how much I like this novel and it deserves to be adapted into a manga, and now I see that Saki Aida Sensei passed away on August 30. Such a devastating news.
