hii does anyone know a action manhwa where the mc is overweight and is in hospital. His father own the hospital that he's staying and all he eat is tomatoes and salad. Then there's a game that is like vr that help him loose with and became a really op character. Almost all the staff in that hospital play it, including his father which is i believe the strongest player (?). He's a nice kid and I hope someone help me find this manhwa as i wanna re-read it again
