It is one sided for a while. Aileen does eventually get a human form and their first meeting is...hehe, a big explosion. But btw her and Sejun, there's a crazy power difference, so he passed out almost immediately. And it repeats, over and over. 10 sec meeting, Sejun passes out. No matter how strong he gets, Aileen is getting stronger too. But in the most up to date novel chapters, before he passes out, there's a moment that goes "No kiss?" Not super clear whether it's Aileen or Sejun thinking that. But Sejun thinks she's gorgeous and is going along with it, so that's nice? {*≧∀≦}

Don't even worry about it. The amt of time that the novel spends trying to extend Sejun's life, should take care of that. Like at the rate they're going, Aileen and Sejun might not meet properly until she's like 1000 yrs old
Y’all I have had this question since forever are they tryna force the black dragon on the mc like romantically… because it would be weird if they did or is it like a one-sided admiration/crush kinda this is more important than the sun exploding
