tbh i think it's pretty realistic. he doesn't feel guilty because he takes her for granted. extremely so. they've been together for 13 years so he thinks its a given that she will always be besides him no matter what he does. he's also very selfish. he thinks it's justified for him to cheat and have fun cuz he has a crappy life and hae soo shows no affection/attraction for him. Even tho it's cuz she's tired from working so hard to provide FOR HIM and solve his shitty debt (/TДT)/. Lots of men are like this irl which makes this webtoon scary

hmm i think maybe it's the author trying to make him somewhat a complex character? Like he still "cares" for her in some way like when she's cold in their apartment. and they genuinely did have a good relationship in the beginning when they were young and had no troubles in life. but when life got tough, he's the one who dropped the ball and hae soo is always the one putting in the effort trying to salvage their life. In his crappy life, he only cares about himself and prioritizes his comfort/feelings over hae soo's. We only get to see his shittiness when life gets tough, which is unfortunately so realistic for sm men out there.

i can see your point.. we do see how selfish he is in so many ways in their relationship so it does make sense that in this situation all he sees is himself yet again. ig i just expected more remorse on his end considering how long they’ve been together. but like you said there are plenty of men that are actually like this irl :/
if he does end up feeling remorse i hope it hits him hard like a TRUCK and he suffers
I expected him to feel more guilty??? They’ve been together since hs and have lived together for 13 years. Him being indifferent to this just feels unrealistic
